The Training Sites Analytic Console provides a detailed assessment of training site performance. Key metrics include monthly analysis, trends, multivariable evaluations, quarterly assessments, and trainee distribution. Metric cards offer insights into CPD, enrollment, satisfaction, and growth. Downloadable quarterly reports with in-depth analysis and recommendations are also available.

The Training Sites Revenue Console offers a detailed financial overview of training sites. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Key metrics include quarterly revenue trends for individual sites, annual cumulative revenue, quarterly revenue breakdown by fund, and metric cards displaying total revenue and growth rates.

The Training Sites Risk Management Console offers a comprehensive overview of potential risks within training sites. Key metrics include risk categorization, a visual timeline of risk evolution, risk breakdown by category and status, a focus on mitigated risks, and metric cards highlighting the overall percentage and impact reduction of risk categories.

The Academic Administration Map offers a comprehensive visual depiction of the administrative hierarchy within the Executive Administration for Academic and Training Affairs, which is responsible for strategic planning and execution of training initiatives within the Riyadh Second Health Cluster.

The Scholarship & Training Analytic Console offers a comprehensive overview of scholarship and training data. Key metrics include scholarship breakdown by field, source, and modification requests, scholarship percentage by source, scholarship totals, and conversion rates. For SCFHS programs and trainees, the console provides monthly data on trainees, warnings, appeals, terminations, program distribution, and average trainee numbers. Additionally, hospital-based training data includes monthly breakdowns by field and category, trainee percentages, and total trainee counts with growth rates.

The Training Activities & Service Utilization Analytic Console offers a comprehensive overview of training activities and service utilization. Key metrics include the distribution and breakdown of training activities and services by type, total CPD programs, CME hours, and growth rates. Additionally, the console provides insights into the number of learners participating in training activities and the breakdown of learners by type.

The Strategic Project Management Console is a comprehensive platform that provides a clear overview of EAATA's strategic projects. It tracks project status, manages risks, and visualizes progress rates. Additionally, it offers a detailed analysis of quality projects per administration, including their overall progress. This console empowers stakeholders to make informed decisions and ensure successful project execution.
